Peach Flatbreads with Balsamic Glaze

This recipe will be on repeat all summer long in our house. I've been making it for a few years now and it's always such a hit. It's been lovely to grow basil and just walk out to the backyard, snip a few pieces and use it for recipes like this. 

Recipe
Flatbreads (4 pack)
Olive Oil
Shredded Mozarella
2-3 Peaches
1 package of prosciutto
basil 
Nonna Pia Balsamic Glaze

Preheat the oven to 350
Top each of the flatbreads with a drizzle of olive oil
Scatter mozarella cheese across the top
Break the prosciutto into pieces and divide evenly on flabreads
Slice up peaches and place on each one
Bake for about 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted then top with pieces of basil
Drizzle the flatbreads with Nonna Pia's balsamic glaze and enjoy
