Mother's Day Blueberry Bushes

A few years ago, Timothy got me blueberry bushes for Mother's Day. I remember wanting to dig them up when we sold our old house and bring them to Pickle Creek with us but our realtor advised leaving them. 

For my first Mother's Day at Pickle Creek, Timothy got me more blueberry bushes!! We've already enjoyed so many blueberries from them. I was told to pluck off any new blooms so the bushes can give their energy into growing the first year so we are giving that a try. Anyone else ever done that before?

We've already enjoyed several bowl fulls!! The kids love going to look for blue ones! We are creating a garden so I am thrilled to add blueberries to it!!
