A Unicorn Party

If you have a little girl and she loves unicorns and crafts as much as I mine, I have to share a birthday party idea with you!! We had a few of my daughters closest girl friends over and decorated Music Boxes with gems for her 5th birthday. It was such a hit and the following week was cold and rainy which gave us lots of opportunities to continue to craft and finish up her box.

I purchased these adorable Unicorn Music Boxes on Amazon for less than $10. I had each of the girls spots set up the night before so they could just show up, find a seat and get to work. I got these little shot cups with lids and poured each of the jewels into them so that way when they were done working, they could pop the lids on and take them home to continue working! I picked up little paper bags from Dollar Tree and put each child's name on one so they could put their music box, jewels etc into them and carry them home. It worked out beautifully!!

I got some pink trays for each girls spot and then some fun unicorn confetti from Dollar Tree. The unicorn head bands were quite the hit as well. It was such an easy and fun party - highly recommend!!
