I have been making this cocktail every Fall for the last few years - except for the two Falls I was pregnant with my children. It's such an easy drink to make and absolutely delicious.
I use this recipe and spruce it up a bit by making a cinnamon sugar rim (it's worth the extra steps)
Ingredients
- 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) of Caramel Vodka
- 8 ounces (1 cup) of Apple Cider
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
Directions
I combine about one teaspoon of sugar and a few shakes of cinnamon in a bowl. I mix that together and pour it on a small saucer. Dip the rim of your class in a saucer of caramel (I originally just dipped in water but have done caramel the last few times and its a game changer) then roll the rim around in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Add ice to your glass. Add vodka then apple cider to your glass and mix. Then enjoy!!
The ones below have caramel on the rim instead of water - then dipped in the cinnamon sugar mixture
