Stuffed Shells

I went on a girls trip to the beach earlier this Fall and a friend of mine made these Stuffed Shells the first night of the trip. They were divine and we all could not stop talking about them for the rest of the trip. Most of us made this recipe the very next week when we got home!! I have made them so many times since then so I knew the recipe was too good to keep to myself.

Ingredients

- One box of jumbo stuffed shells

- 1 lb of ground beef

- 1 jar of RAOS marina

- 1 container of ricotta

- 1/2 cup of shaker parmesan

- 1 egg

- 1 tsp of Italian seasoning

- 1 tsp of garlic powder

- 1 bag of shredded mozarella cheese

Instructions

1. Brown the ground beef and then drain it. Once drained, add the RAOS sauce into the skillet and warm

2. Cook the shells according to the box / preheat the oven to 350 degrees

3. Mix one container of ricotta, 1/2 cup of parmesan, one egg, italian seasoning and garlic powder in a bowl

3. Spray the bottom of a large glass pan

4. Once the noodles are cooked and cooled, take each shell and stuff it with the ricotta mixture and place on the bottom of the dish

5. Once you have filled each of the shells, pour the marinara mixture on top (I like to save a portion of the mix to throw over my leftover shells and give to my kids since I have a child that cannot have dairy)

6. Once the pan is filled, sprinkle mozarella cheese over it and pop it into the oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese has browned
