One of our annual Christmas traditions is "Polar Express Night" and it is quite the hit with the kiddos. We read Polar Express, enjoy some chocolate dipped pretzels, drink hot chocolate and then watch the Polar Express movie.
The pretzels are delicious and so easy to make! I just melt about one cup of dark chocolate with two tablespoons of butter and stir it up then tilt the cup on it's side and dip the pretzels. Afterwards I place them on parchment paper and cover them in sprinkles then pop them into the fridge for about thirty minutes.
